Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Our dispatch team moves fast to get your order out! You can request an address change or cancellation only within the first 12-24 hours if the order has not been processed or dispatched yet. Once a package is en route (in transit), we are absolutely unable to modify the delivery address, reroute the package, or cancel the order.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We know you are excited to receive your items! ForIn-Stock items, please allow 1 to 7 business days for processing. Pre-Order items usually take 7 to 10 business days to process. Once processed, shipping time depends on your location (typically 4-14 business days). Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
To get your items to you as fast as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages from different international fulfillment centers (especially if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items). Don’t worry, you will not be charged any extra shipping fees for split shipments!
Will I have to pay international customs or import taxes?
Yes, all international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Depending on your country's local regulations, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not issue cash or credit card refunds; all eligible returns are issued via Store Credit only (which never expires!). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely spotless.
Do you provide free return shipping labels?
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. Since items may need to be returned to our US or international warehouses, we highly recommend checking our size charts and product details carefully before placing an order!
What items are considered "Final Sale"?
For health, hygiene, and clearance reasons, certain items cannot be returned. Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, accessories, gift cards, and any items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are strictly Final Sale and are not eligible for store credit.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Oh no! Once the carrier's tracking system marks a package as "Delivered," our financial and legal responsibility concludes. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please check around your property, ask your neighbors, and contact your local postal service or shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. Help!
We do our best to quality-check every item before shipment, but if this happens, please email us at hi@shoplapose.com within 48 hours of delivery! Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours will be considered general wear and tear and unfortunately cannot be accepted.
How does Store Credit work?
Once your return is received and passes our strict quality control inspection (usually within 7 business days), you will receive an email with your store credit. The best part? Your LaPose store credit will never expire and can be used on any future purchases on our website!
