Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Standard International Shipping on orders over $59 (after all applicable discounts are applied). Shipping and handling charges for all other orders will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Notice: Order Processing Time

To ensure your order is carefully inspected and packaged, please allow time for our warehouse to process your order. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.

  • For In-Stock Items: Our standard processing time is 1 to 7 business days after your payment is received and verified.
  • For Pre-Order Items: Processing time is typically 7 to 10 business days. (If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, please refer to our Split Shipments section below).

Business Days & HolidaysBusiness days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please keep in mind that if you purchase expedited or express shipping services, weekends are not counted as shipping days. (For example: If you place an order on a Friday, processing and transit will resume on the following Monday).

Where We Ship FromTo provide you with the best possible value and a diverse selection of products, we partner with reliable domestic and international carriers (including USPS, UPS, and local postal networks). Your goods will be dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We make every effort to deliver your package safely and on time. Please note that the delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Shipping may occasionally be affected by unexpected carrier delays, extended customs clearance times, public holidays, or peak promotional periods.

Speedy & Split Shipments

It is our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as quickly as possible. To ensure a speedy delivery, your order may be fulfilled from different international warehouses depending on stock availability.

As a result, your order may be divided and shipped in multiple packages. For instance, if your order includes both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, we may dispatch the available items first so you don't have to wait. If your shipment is split, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each package. Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Shipping Address Updates & Restrictions

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout (including unit or apartment numbers, a valid phone number, and full street details).

  • Address Modifications Before Shipment: If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We can only process address updates if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched (typically within the first 12-24 hours).
  • Modifications During Transit: Because our dispatch team processes orders quickly, once a package is en route, we are absolutely unable to modify the delivery address, reroute the package, or cancel the order.
  • Shipping Limitations: Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. To ensure successful shipment, kindly provide a standard residential or commercial address.

Important Notice: We are not liable for any lost packages, shipping delays, or failed deliveries resulting from customer-provided errors, including incomplete addresses, incorrect contact information, or recipient name mismatches. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Please double-check all delivery information before confirming your order.

Failed Deliveries & "Marked as Delivered" Packages

  • "Delivered" Status: Once the shipping carrier's tracking system indicates that your package has been successfully "Delivered" to the provided address, our financial and legal responsibility for the shipment concludes. We are not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or lost packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package was stolen or misdelivered, we kindly advise you to contact the local shipping carrier directly or file a report with your local authorities.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, nobody being available to receive the package, failure to pick up the package from the local post office after a notice is left, or refusal of the shipment. If a package is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to these reasons, we are unable to file a refund for you.
  • Reporting an Issue: If you experience any unexpected issues with your delivery (e.g., tracking hasn't updated for an unusual amount of time), please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of dispatch. We will do our absolute best to assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders (outside of the regions where we collect taxes at checkout) are shipped strictly on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the product prices displayed on our store do not include local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance fees of your destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Depending on your country's regulations, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the package reaches your borders. All applicable customs and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: Customs authorities have the right to release or deny the release of your package and may occasionally delay delivery. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Refusal to Pay Duties: If you refuse the shipment upon delivery or refuse to pay any required customs fees, your package may be seized, abandoned, or destroyed by the customs authorities. In the event that a package is destroyed or abandoned due to unpaid duties, absolutely no refunds will be issued.
  • Returned Packages: If the customs authorities return the package to our fulfillment center instead of destroying it, you will receive a store credit or refund for the cost of your order minus any return shipping charges and taxes incurred by us from the shipping company.
  • Customs Law Compliance: Customs authorities require by law that we state the exact value of your order directly on the package. We comply fully with international customs laws. Declaring items as "gifts" or undervaluing merchandise is strictly prohibited.
